What to Wear for Your First Class
Please arrive clean and freshly showered. Feet must be clean, and fingernails and toenails should be neatly trimmed. Wear athletic shorts and a fitted shirt. For Gi trial classes, we provide uniforms unless it's a No-Gi session—in that case, please wear appropriate No-Gi attire, Shorts and T Shirt.
Important: No one with open wounds, skin infections, or untrimmed nails will be allowed on the mat.
